Provider and scope

SETROO LLC provides these services under the Billion brand. These terms apply to platform subscriptions and services purchased from the company, together with your accepted service offer, account terms and privacy notices. Visiting the site or registering alone does not create a paid subscription.

Offer and order acceptance

Before payment, we disclose the service, deliverables, currency, tax-inclusive amount, delivery duration, start conditions and subscription timing. Additional paid work requires a prior offer and approval. Order details and standard scope are documented in writing without removing mandatory legal rights.

Billing and renewal

Design and setup charges are one-time fees as described in your offer. Monthly subscriptions renew only following disclosure of price, frequency and start date and customer authorization. The app subscription starts one calendar month after setup payment; if the next month lacks the same day, the date is its last day. The actual date is shown in the confirmation before payment.

Annual billing and Plus terms

Standard plans offer monthly billing or annual payment upfront, with the annual total distinguished from its monthly equivalent. Plus is billed monthly with a selected 12- or 36-month term. The commitment and its end date are disclosed before any binding acceptance; saving a selection creates no contract or charge. Stopping renewal does not terminate an existing committed term, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Changes and external costs

Material design or scope changes require approval of cost and timing. We notify customers of future subscription price changes before the affected renewal and allow cancellation; increases are not retroactive. Store licenses and payment, shipping and app providers have separate terms and costs disclosed when relevant.

Prerequisites and delivery

Customers supply content, permissions and necessary access securely. Scope and delivery schedule are agreed before collection. If prerequisites are delayed, we explain the impact and revised schedule. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, Apple approval or payment-provider acceptance. Non-delivery is handled under the refund policy and mandatory rights.

Content and ownership

Brands, store data and content remain with their owners. The project offer defines rights and delivery of custom work; third-party software, fonts and components retain their respective licenses. We do not use customer work in advertising without appropriate permission.

Merchant and provider responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their goods, prices, customer fulfillment and store policies. Billion service fees do not make SETROO the seller of a merchant’s goods. Merchant payment processing requires a separate approved setup and is not assumed active merely because a merchant subscribes.

Rights, complaints and updates

These terms do not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@meetbillion.com for issues or complaints. We publish dated updates and explain material changes; prior acceptance is not retroactive authorization for new charges or purposes.

Website redesign — 15 business days

One store, up to 8 responsive page templates for mobile and desktop, Arabic and English when content is supplied, layout, color and typography setup, formatting supplied content, navigation, link and form testing, and 2 in-scope revision rounds. Excludes new logos, photography, copywriting, translation, bulk migration, new functionality and custom integrations. Checkout customization depends on platform capabilities. Each later comprehensive redesign is a new project at the price disclosed before purchase.

Management — operational within 3 business days

Onboarding starts within 1 business day and operations within 3 business days. One store, up to 50 product records created or updated monthly using your content, and up to 100 customer or shipping cases monthly; follow-ups on the same issue count as one case. Includes in-scope configuration and managed-template defect maintenance and a report within 5 business days after each billing period. Initial response within 1 business day during support hours; resolution depends on the issue and relevant providers. Excludes warehouse operations, goods purchasing or physical shipping, paid marketing, new development and 24/7 coverage. Before capacity is exceeded, you may prioritize work or agree to priced additional capacity; no automatic overages or unused-capacity rollover.

iOS app — 20 business days

One native, testable iPhone app for one store, including the first Apple submission when the publishing account and prerequisites are ready. Standard design using your branding, browsing, search, cart, account, order tracking, notifications, standard loyalty, supported payment and shipping provider setup, Arabic and English when content is supplied, and 2 revision rounds. Apple approval and provider activation and timelines are separate and not guaranteed. Publication uses the content owner’s account; a template alone does not guarantee approval. Excludes Android, fully bespoke design and custom integrations or providers.

App maintenance

Monthly service includes our implementation defect fixes, security and compatibility updates for standard features, and up to 2 small change requests within the current design and functionality each month, without rollover. New features and comprehensive redesigns are excluded. Monthly billing starts one calendar month after setup payment, as disclosed before payment; we do not earn fees for undelivered services, and the refund policy applies to non-delivery. Your brand, content and data remain yours; ownership of Billion’s underlying software and licensed components is not transferred under standard pricing.

Start date and business hours

Time starts on the first business day after confirmed payment and completion of prerequisites disclosed before purchase, whichever is later. We confirm start and delivery dates in writing within 2 business days after prerequisites are complete. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Saudi public holidays; support hours are 09:00–18:00 Riyadh time (UTC+3).

Revisions and quality warranty

Redesign and app setup include 2 revision rounds, each a consolidated feedback list within the approved direction and scope. Each round is completed within 3 business days after complete feedback. Feedback is requested within 2 business days to maintain the schedule; silence is not acceptance, and late feedback may change delivery dates. Our implementation defect fixes do not consume revision rounds, including a 30-day correction warranty after handover, without limiting statutory rights.

Prerequisites and external fees

You provide logos, images, copy, translations, product information, usage rights and necessary access securely. Base platform, domain, license, Apple account, payment and shipping provider fees are excluded unless explicitly included in the order. No paid extra work or overage charge is incurred without prior agreement on price and timing.

Delays and rights

We explain delays, their impact and revised dates. If our delay exceeds 5 business days beyond the confirmed date, you may agree to a new date or cancel the undelivered portion for a refund of that portion. No silent extensions; mandatory rights and the cancellation and refund policy remain applicable. Third-party approval and timelines are separate and not guaranteed.

Project work and refund calculation

Before work starts, the full amount is refundable. After work starts, redesign or app setup fees are allocated by milestone: 20% for the approved brief and direction, 50% for a delivered functional preview, and 30% for testing, final handover and first app submission where applicable. An unperformed milestone is not earned; evidenced partial work is capped at its milestone allocation. The unearned balance is refunded, without limiting mandatory rights.
