Canceling renewal

When billing is enabled, stop renewal from subscription management or request cancellation from your account email at support@meetbillion.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period or selected Plus term, subject to mandatory legal rights. We confirm the effective date; deleting your store is not required to stop renewal.

Subscription fees

Cancellation stops future renewals. Used portions of a paid period are not refunded solely because of cancellation, subject to applicable withdrawal rights and other mandatory rights. If we fail to provide the agreed service or materially breach the agreement, we review the appropriate remedy, including a refund for the undelivered portion.

Design and setup fees

If a project is canceled before work begins, the amount paid is refunded. After work starts, we document completed in-scope work, calculate its agreed cost and refund the unearned balance. We do not retain charges for work not performed or impose undisclosed cancellation fees.

Incorrect charges and non-delivery

We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and refund amounts owed. If we cannot deliver, we explain the remedy and schedule or refund the unearned amount. A new delay or substitute requires customer agreement; mandatory credit does not replace a legally due refund.

How to request a refund

Email your invoice or order number and reason to support@meetbillion.com; do not send passwords or full card numbers. We verify the requester and explain the decision, amount and refund method. Refunds normally return to the original payment method where possible; expected timing is provided when confirmed and depends on the bank and payment provider.

Customer rights and third-party costs

Mandatory rights in the customer’s jurisdiction apply where relevant. This policy does not restrict a legitimate dispute. Third-party fees follow their disclosed terms and do not relieve us of responsibility for a service we contracted to provide.

Purchases from merchants

This policy covers services sold by SETROO LLC. For goods bought from a store using Billion, contact that merchant under its store policy; the platform’s service policy does not automatically apply to merchant goods.

Project work and refund calculation

Before work starts, the full amount is refundable. After work starts, redesign or app setup fees are allocated by milestone: 20% for the approved brief and direction, 50% for a delivered functional preview, and 30% for testing, final handover and first app submission where applicable. An unperformed milestone is not earned; evidenced partial work is capped at its milestone allocation. The unearned balance is refunded, without limiting mandatory rights.
