Scope
SETROO LLC operates Billion services. This notice supplements account privacy and covers service inquiries, projects and billing. Merchants are responsible for notices to their customers; we process store data according to their instructions and agreed service.
Data and purposes
We process contact and company information, service requests, scope, correspondence, invoices and consent records needed for delivery, support, accounting, security and legal obligations. Do not email passwords, complete card details or identity documents unless requested through a secure channel.
Payments and sharing
When payments are enabled, the processor is disclosed before payment and handles payment-method data under its policies. We share necessary data only with delivery, hosting and payment providers when used, at your direction or as legally required. We do not sell service-request data.
Retention and transfers
We retain project and transaction records as needed for delivery, accounting, legal obligations and disputes, then delete or minimize them according to purpose. The company and providers may process data outside your country, applying required safeguards where applicable. Closing an account does not immediately erase records that must legally be retained.

Contact privacy@meetbillion.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. We verify identity and authority and explain applicable exceptions and legal timeframes. Using the service does not authorize unsolicited marketing.
