Operator and scope
These terms are between you and SETROO LLC for the Billion platform account at meetbillion.com/login. They cover registration, email verification, sign-in and authorized access. They do not transfer ownership of any brand, store, domain or app, and do not replace a separate brand-management or store-data-processing agreement.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must have legal capacity to contract or authority to act for the company you represent. Use an email you are entitled to access and accurate information. Do not use an identity or name without authority. Email verification demonstrates control of that address for this process; it is not government business verification or a license to trade.
Account creation and access
Account creation completes after you verify your email using a continuation link, Google or Apple, choose a password for email registration only, then select “Continue” after reviewing this terms version and the privacy policy. Store name is initially optional; if omitted, “My store” is used and can be changed later. Verification alone creates no account or store. A new, empty and independent store scope is created. Your account grants no access to other brands or accounts. A live store, app, payment gateway or domain requires its own setup, permissions and verification.
Security and acceptable use
Protect your email, password and team access. Unauthorized access, impersonation, email abuse, permission bypass and harm to the service or others are prohibited. Report suspected unauthorized access. We may limit attempts or restrict access as needed for service security or legal compliance; questions can be reviewed through support@meetbillion.com.
Charges and external services
Registration alone activates no paid subscription and authorizes no charge. Paid services require separate disclosure and acceptance of their prices and terms. External services have their own terms and charges when enabled. Creating an account neither activates them nor accepts their agreements on your behalf.
Your data, ownership and communications
Content and brand rights remain with their owners. Billion receives only permissions needed to provide requested services under applicable agreements; providing the service does not make Billion the owner of client brands. Verification, recovery and security emails are operational, not consent to marketing. Account information is handled as explained in the privacy policy.
Closure, changes and statutory rights
Contact support@meetbillion.com to request closure or correct account information. We verify identity and explain effects and any necessary retained records before consequential action. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and do not exclude any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable laws apply; additional commercial terms must be separately disclosed and accepted. We publish new versions for material changes and obtain acceptance where required; prior use is not retroactive acceptance.
